Sullivan & Clark offers "old-school" and "high-tech" approaches to estate planning.
Which approach do you prefer?
OLD SCHOOL - An old-fashioned, in-person, sit down with a seasoned attorney to discuss your estate planning questions and needs. We are glad to schedule a one- to two-hour office visit and take the time to listen and think about the best options for you. After assessing the situation, we can give you a flat-rate fee based on the work required. (House calls are available for those who cannot travel.)
HIGH-TECH - Preliminary work can be done through online tools and video conference meetings. Massachusetts does not permit electronic signing of wills (but it seems to be on the horizon) therefore, an in-person document signing meeting is still necessary.
Estate planning can be short and simple, or involved and complex. Some people like to reflect on it for several months, and others like to just get it done. Call us today for a free consultation (For the "old-school' style, ask to speak with Judy or Jason; for a "high-tech" approach, ask to speak with Jason.)
